Know Them? Pair Charged $20K In Stamford After Stealing Credit Cards In Wilton, Police Say

Police are asking the public for help identifying two women wanted for allegedly stealing a person's wallet and then spending more than $20,000 in Fairfield County.

The incident took place on Friday, April 26, when two women entered a local restaurant and stole several credit cards out of the victim’s wallet while they sat and ate, said Wilton Police Lt. Robert Kluk.

The suspects then went to multiple stores in Stamford and purchased over $20,000 in merchandise and gift cards on the stolen credit cards, Kluk said.
